Because of the size of this sale, we are starting at 8:00 AM and will sell box lots and yard sale type items. Between 9 & 10 AM the personal property will sell. At 11:00 AM we will sell the Real Estate, jewelry, coins, vehicles, and golf cart, then finish with the rest of the personal property followed by the items from the King estate. This is a GREAT sale to buy ALL your Christmas Presents! In the case of inclement weather we now have enclosed heated tents! Real Estate consists of a 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. This was Mr. Hillsman family home on Agnew Street. There are 2 garages, one attached to the home and one two car detached. This is a large corner lot. This home has been well maintained and cared for.

This sale features many items that the Hillsman's collected through the years in Europe and the Orient. This auction will be conducted at two adjacent properties. Mr. Hillman's family home on Agnew and at the home across the street that the Hillsman's built directly before they both passed away. Mr. and Mrs. Hillsman were very meticulous in the care of their items. Also selling after the Hillsman's items have sold will be items from Ruby King and the late W.H. King. Ladies 14 karat yellow gold charm bracelet with seventeen 14 karat yellow gold charms of various designs. It weighs 47.6 grams total. Appraised value in 1989 - $2695 8. One diamond and genuine blue sapphire pin in 14 kt. yellow gold. It has twelve round full cut diamonds and twelve 2.7 x 5 mm marquise shape genuine sapphires. The sapphires are AA grade and weigh 3 ct. total weight. The diamonds weigh .49 ct. total weight nd are VVS-1 clarity, H color and have a very fine modern cut.
