      Because of the size of this sale, we are starting at 8:00 AM and will sell box lots and yard sale type items.  Between 9 & 10 AM the personal property will sell.   At 11:00 AM we will sell the Real Estate, jewelry, coins, vehicles, and golf cart, then finish with the rest of the personal property followed by the items from the King estate.

Real Estate consists of a 3 bedroom 2 full bath home.  This was Mr. Hillsman's family home

on Agnew Street.  There are 2 garages, one is attached to the home and one is a two car detached.    

This is a large corner lot.  This home has been well maintained and cared for.

                                                       


Directions:  From Farmville, take US 460 East for 11 miles to exit 460/360 business in Burkeville. Go 1/2 mile to right on Agnew, cross RR tracks and go .2 miles to sale on right.  From Amelia take US 360 West for 16 miles to 460/360 business exit in Burkeville.  Go .4 miles to left on Agnew St. go .2 miles to sale on Right.

Auctioneers Note:  The Hillsman's traveled the world through Mr. Hillsman's position with State Farm Insurance.  This sale features many items that the Hillsman's collected through the years in Europe and the Orient. This auction will be conducted at two adjacent properties.  Mr. Hillman's family home on Agnew and at the home across the street that the Hillsman's built directly before they both passed away.  Mr. and Mrs. Hillsman were very meticulous in the care of their items. 

  Also selling after the Hillsman items have sold will be items from Ruby King and the late W.H. King.  Mrs. King has sold her home and moved into a nursing facility
