Selling for Jim Price, owner of Town & Country Market, Goochland, Va. ,   Mr. Price has sold the building and land, so all the Grocery Store fixtures, Refrigeration units, Cases, Shelves, Deli equipment, ect. will be sold ABSOLUTE with NO reserve.

                                

There will be a 14 day removal period (No Exceptions). All equipment is clean and working.

        

Directions: From Richmond take Interstate 64 West to the Gumspring exit, go south on route 522  approx. 5 miles, sale on right (across from Food Lion). From Goochland Courthouse take route 522 North sale is about 2 miles on left.
